Lately some developers are clearly lacking new ideas. With Lego Rock Band and boring old same multiplayer achievements appearing in titles, perhaps they should start looking at ideas that we are still waiting to happen. The ideas that almost certainly would sell truckloads and yet no publisher out there wants to do anything about it? Here are our TOP FIVE THINGS THAT SHOULD BE "REPEATED" on the Xbox 360...

There's no need to move mountains for these ideas. All it takes is just a few nods and signatures on pieces of paper and it could happen. Preferably before this Christmas would be ideal, as my friends and family will be stuck as to what to get me.

AVATAR : INTO THE INFERNO

That's right, there was a sequel to the infamous first. However it was only released on the PS2 and the Wii in October last year. In God's name why? The most famous achievement wh**e gaining title ever and they dropped the platform that gave it huge exposure. Rumor was that Microsoft rebuffed it as the graphics were not up to scratch. What graphics? Who cares about the graphics? What we want is another 2 minute 40 second 1000 points. Rinse and repeat please!

MASSIVE ACTION GAME 

Ok, technically not a repeat, more like "more of the same" Massive Action Game is headed for the PS3 and it's not the game we are talking about. It's the 264 players in the one Deathmatch we want. Sixteen players in Halo 3 Rumble Pit will sound puny to this so why can't we have an Xbox 360 developer do the same? There's talk about that this won't work and there will be huge lag. In fact some have already named it MLAG as in Massive Lag. We will have to wait and see but please, rinse and repeat over here on the Xbox Live!

METAL GEAR SOLID 4 

This will never happen as it is a Playstation 3 exclusive and Sony are in no way re-negotiating their rights. Funny, Sony had said the same thing about Final Fantasy and look at where that is heading. No, never means no in the gaming world. Sony are soon rumored to cut price their console because of poor sales and have even changed their CEO to try and salvage a dismal decline. Let's face it, the sales of MGS4 weren't too crash hot either, so don't expect Konami to hang around with a massive IP and do nothing. It makes economic sense to rinse and repeat over on the Xbox 360 platform.

LEGO FINAL FANTASY VII

I swear I do not know ANYONE who would not get this if this came out. Even out of curiosity. It doesn't take a genius to realize this would sell a ton but obviously Travellers Tales the developers of Lego series, think otherwise. The fact that you can safely say you finished a Final Fantasy title in 10 hours is cracking conversation starter as well. Yes, we want a rinse and repeat of a Lego title, but what we want is a legendary story, not Rock Band! Consider even Lego Robocop or Lego Aliens vs Predator ? 

XBOX ORIGINAL TITLES 

The ULTIMATE in Rinse & Repeat. How many times have we wished that we could play some of the old titles for achievements like Splinter Cell or Halo Combat Evolved? Even some the trash like Bad Boys : Miami Takedown would be worth it for achievements. Don't believe the bull that Luke Smith at Bungie dished out that it would take forever to retro-fit old titles with achievements. Listen, if they can fix glitched achievements with an update then all they need to do is update the games with one achievement. Finish the game, get 500 points. This would be an absolute gold mine for easy achievements and one we must campaign for!
