Taken from the most reliable sources (cough), rumors from Twitter and YouTube suggest new achievements for Call of Duty World at War Map Pack 4. Barely after Map Pack 3 has come out someone has posted a list for the possible new Map Pack 4...


I personally would take these achievements with a large pinch of salt, as achievements listed on YouTube are rarely consistent, as in the case of Halo ODST. DrunkenChickenTV had posted earlier this week on YouTube suggesting that Map Pack 4 would be in Area 51 which kind of conflicts with the list below. I will try to confirm from a more 'dependable' source but tell us what you think? There's a little poll for you to decide..

The time frame looks a little close to the last one, but then it could be a case of get it in before the release of Modern Warefare 2

my god you guys, lets make a huge deal over this! seriously. calm your nuts. they are trying to squeeze this in before the release of modern warfare 2! yes area 51 sounds cool and all but not one zombie map has taken place in america (location of area 51). The only time americans died in the war on american soil was during pearl harbor but that want even land it was water. they couldnt have one in area 51 because who dies there?

A new map pack would be awesome. I don't know how the harpoon gun would work but if it comes about we will see. I don't really care were the map would be set but if its anything to go by each one has gotten better than the last.

this looks poss ... i am expecting 2 more zombie maps.
i read something a long time ago that mentioned downfall. area 51 could still come after!

if you were making millions off of each map pack .. u wld be pretty stupid to stop making them BEFORE people got bored of them!

vodka breath sounds a bit lame tho :(

then again, harpoon gun ... i can imagine roping like 10 zombies together in a scorpion (Mortal Kombat) stylee ... 'Come here'!!!! lol

vodka breath sounds g*y, but an extreme conditioning perk could be helpful, and quick knife? (wtf, knifes quick enough). Also the "true marksmen" trophy sounds too difficult to get (springfield blows) so i think mappack4 will happen but this list is made up lol

it could be possible :) harpoon will be awesome, extreme conditioning perk could be helpful if carrying big gun like mg42 or browning :) quick knife ? knife is already quick enough lol and true markman with springfield seems to be hard cos springfield blows

Map pack 4 Very good possiblity, But harpoon gun sounds abit farfetched Since there are Ray guns and teleports but on Der reise it does say somthing about area 51 on the black boads an somthing about acthar whatever that is!

Anyone with a speck of common sense can see that those achievements are contribed. Rumors spread faster then fire when idiots with an IQ below -0 get ahold of them. Look closer at the achievements and I hope you will see this is 100% fake. Anyone that believes this has a grain of truth falls into the categorie aforementioned

Ha! Look at you trying to use big words to sound smart. I'll accept that 'contribed' is probably a typo but using 'aforementioned' like that simply does not work.

That being said, I don't buy this list either. I will be very surprised if there is a 'vodka breath' perk. Also, 'Fellin Fresh'..is that supposed to be 'Feeling'? 'Fellin' is not a word.

Finding Hitler's documents? I don't think so. You don't find anything in Nazi Zombies. It's a survival game.

My verdict: false.

Well Area 51 is a possibility...in Map Pack 3's zombie map 'Der Riese' if you listen closely to the recordings around the map they do mention that something similar is happening in Nevada, USA...which can lead you to the conclusion of Area 51.

As for the cheevos...highly doubt there will be an odd number of gamerscore(ie. the 220 it adds up to) i do believe that there will be a Map Pack 4(Rumor has it 9/24/09) but definetly not with those achievements

@unknown Penguin in Der Riese you can search for the teddy bears and a few monkey bombs throughout the map after activating the fly trap, as well as find the recordings and activate the 'Beauty of Annihilation' song by activating the brains. there can be hitlers documents in Area 51(due to after WWII US got all of hitlers work and plans and the soviets got his body) so in return there can be a search for his documents

i have seen this list before... only the springfield was 100 kills not headshots and penguin, what about escalate your senses?, you had to find three teddys and a monkey bomb?

in shi no numa, they give two coordinates if you turn on the radio, one for where the a meteorite crashed, and one for area 51, which would be where the next two maps should be,der reise, and this one that's coming out, but that's just me

you know even if nobody dies in area 51, there's no such thing as zombies anyway so it's all fictional. There could be a project taking in army volunteers like in resistence and project abraham. Finally, all that speculation about it being aliens in Modern Warfare 2? well some people believe of UFO crash and objects hidden there. so maybe a build to MW2??

UR all a bunch of idiots. Area 51 didn't even exist during WWII. The runways at Groom Lake were the Army Air Corps Gunnery School during WWII. The base was not used for secret programs until after 1955.

every1 who thinks map pack 4 is going to be in area 51 is an a$$hole, just cause you heard a radio that had maxis talk crap doesnt mean its a hint. people HEARD map pack 3 was going to be on the moon when they saw a meteor on shi no numa that made the characters talk. but it wound up being in germany! you morons were a few million miles off, so think twice when you see a hint in map pack 4 that says 5's going to be underwater!

I also think that the map wont be released on sep. 24 but it will be confirmed. And i have a hard time believing area 51. Hell there was no huge population of nazis in nevada. But i do think it will come out and finish the story. That there will be a final wave which will finish the zombie story begfore mw2.

I must admit that I think that mp4 will come out on the 24th September because of the fact that when you see the final brain in the teleporter room there is a calender with every Thursday circled up to the 24th September. Thursday is also normally when the xbox and playstation store update themselves.

Very good point about the 220g... lol! And only 7 weeks after the last map pack... unrealistic. But when was map pack 2 released?
Again... WTF is the HARPOON GUN??? And vodka breath as well... RIIIIGHT...
It doesn't really matter when they release map pack 4 (there will be a map pack 4. If you go to the leaderboards there is still a gap for more zombie stuff.) No-one will be distracted away from Modern Warfare 2.

This time i would like to talk about the supposed achievements at the top of the page.
1. Rambo - Get to round 30 without getting downed - First of all it's hard getting to round 30 anyway, but without being downed, that's just insane!
2. Too much booze - Use Vodka breath 50 times - What's that all about, you have some bar that charges up with the more zombies you kill. ??? Why? That just sounds really crap. (If you have a PS3 check my WAW trophies to see that I have 100%, please don't ask why I put that in though, publicity I guess.)

In Der Reise, one of the radios starts off saying
"Sophia take these documents to the reichstag high command immediantly". Also one of the achievments is To have found Hitlers documents. Where would hitlers documents be?

Perhaps Map pack IV is set in the Reichstag?

So...uh...where is your area 51 map? We've been trying to tell you for weeks that it wasn't going to happen. Maybe next time you shouldn't make speculative judgments based on a calendar in a game. And, yes I know zombies aren't real but why would they make a game that uses real dates and places then turn around and add a place that does exist in the wrong time period. Thats like making a WWII game that is realistic (though with fictional monsters) then ending it with a stealth fighter sequence. It just doesn't make sense.
